About our products

• • All the works and utility pieces are crafted made one by one in the Galapagos islands.
  • All Digital Prints y photographs are limited edition.
  • All works are hand signed and intaglio by Mónica Páez Espinosa.
  • Original works include a unique code per piece and an authenticity certificate hand signed by the author.
  • Original works may lightly differ from the tone image in the picture presented due to screen configuration or other similar factors.
  • Original works may present stains or marks on the substrate due the technique itself and do not represent a failure nor mistake of production.
  • All images are copyright protected and cannot be reproduced without express authorization of the author.
  • The works do not include frame. If wood frame or other sort of framing is required please contact the artist directly at contacto@monicapaezartist.com contacto@monicapaezartist.com
  • Please include your invoice information as you check out in order to issue proper invoice. Products do not include taxes as are issued under RIMPE regimen.

Returns

• Returns are not applicable, nor refunds nor change in delivered works and products.

Pagos con tarjetas de crédito emitidas en el exterior solo se aceptan pagos al corriente. 

Shipping

• All works and products are shipped from the Galapagos islands to mainland Ecuador or other countries.
• The price of works or products does not include shipping costs.
• National shippings are made by Servientrega and may take between 5-8 days. If you require express delivery please contact the artist at contacto@monicapaezartist.com contacto@monicapaezartist.com
• International shippings from the Galápagos islands are made through DHL and may take between 2 – 3 weeks. Buyer shall consider the expenses that may occur due to customs or other taxes at country of destination.
• We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to mobility restrictions, high traffic during peak seasons nor customs processes in when needed.
